Despite setbacks and mounting casualties, by the mid 2020s the GLA was on the defensive. Let alone how that event would set off the infamous Global War on Terror, with Chinese and US forces finding themselves across multiple fronts. Fewer still anticipated the nuclear detonation in Beijing in 2019 by those same terrorists, by then calling themselves the Global Liberation Army. Even with the resources put by President Bush and his successors against the likes of Al Queda, few suspected anything about the terrorist organization coalesing around a rogue Kazakh officer named General Mohmar 'Deathstrike,' throughout the 2010s, gaining connections, influence and proxy control over much of the Middle East, Central Asia and even North Africa. When the US declared a 'war against terrorism' in the wake of 9/11, few had any idea of what was to happen in the years after. All rights belong to their respective owners. Nor do I own the rights to Command and Conquer. Just to be on the safe side, this is a work of fiction, not a political/ideological spiel.

While there are some creative licenses made with the lore (in part due to some inconsistencies in the 'canon' and wiki entries), I try as much as possible to remain true in spirit to the source material.ДЄlso, if you think you're seeing double, this is the 'clear' Alt version of the map for those who like to see this without the effects and whatnot.

With all the world-building (including some retcons to some of the less well-thought out elements of the original games), polish and general enhancements, it's also ironically the closest there is to a Generals 2, given how the actual sequel by EA was cancelled after a troubled production. A still-in-development work by SWR Productions, it's in essence a fan sequel to Zero Hour set further down the timeline (which here is interpreted as being set in a world where 9/11 turned out differently) and features two new factions: Russia and the European Continental Alliance. After some delays and other issues, I'm back with a new map!
